Seriously top notch service. I went in to see Kimberly for something new. My hair has been black for as long as I can remember, but I wanted something different. Her recommendation was outstanding. I've been rocking the Ombre for a while now and her color and cut has all of my friends envy her work.

I've sent several people to her now and they all come back with happy smiles. I also called her for an up-do and she was very sweet to fill me in last minute. Her updo was amazing!! This is when she Won me over. The location itself is nice, friendly and welcoming. Totally my new spot.

When I lived in California Heights I use to frequent Surrender Salon in Long Beach but since moving, I really didn't want to have to travel to long beach for my cuts. It was tremendously important for me to find just the right balance between talent/customer service and friendly staff.  I found these at Londoner.

I think insticts may have brought me to them since I was on a mission to chop off my long hair and donate it to Pantene Beautiful Lenghts (check this out, they do amazing things for women with cancer).  I've never had hair shorter than shoulder length so I was very picky.

Britney was so assuring and supportive the whole time and bammm! I had an amazing haircut and need not have to worry about having crazy, ugly hair for a few months until it grows back.  I may try the pixie cut look...we'll see.  But rest assured, I'll be trusting Londoner for this hair adventure of mine.

Being new to California, after being in Texas all my life, was crazy in itself. Having to find a new stylist was very stressful. That is until I found Shannon @ The Londoner. She rocks!!! Shannon is genuine in her appreciation to her clients and incredibly at what she does. She is honest on what cut will work out the best and what style fits me. Each time I go, she has the same great attitude. I really enjoy the fact that she won't push anything on me but makes honest recommendations. If you are new to the South Bay or just in need of a new stylist, go to Shannon.

Now as far as the salon itself is concerned, it rocks too!!! Every single stylist and staff member is fantastic. There is not one once of attitude or pretentiousness in the place. I feel as if I am visiting with friends every time I go. Everyone is always in a great mood and is a pleasure to interact with. Prices are fair for the services and the place is very nice overall.
